Sonnet II

In twilight's purple, see past the haze of day
reflect thee upon trust, tho come what may
go to thy interior, that place where lies your heart
so that on the morrow, you may make a fresh start

in gold of dawn, see past the brilliant light
reflect thee upon faith, tho not within sight
share ye yourself, that part of your soul
where commonness lies, no ordinary goal

seek ye a fine line, that ye may walk upon
if need be need, please need me to lean thereon
for 'tis in me to give, to live, then, let live
to let matters go, as through a fine sieve

seek ye a trust, with that one to share all time
so in light or shadow, that one would be thine

If I whisper, will you listen?...
I would rather be silent and write, than speak loudly and be bound.
