Roller coaster Burnt in toaster When it’s done It springs so high You don’t put toast In a toaster So why put tears In my eye Up and down Sideways wretch Life is like An etch a sketch Boundaries are Defining edge How much will This painting fetch Etch a Sketch Shake it clean Still reminders Can be seen Lines on face Can’t erase Break the glass Spill the sheen Missing, sock I have a lock Of it’s lint To prove it’s capture Missing, clock Its ticking tock Catch a hint Of my rapture? Boundaries are Quite replaceable Toxic etch a sketch? Quite untraceable The winds of time Are blowing left The sun sets west Upon the cleft The toaster springs Some are burned We aught embellish When terms are learned Goodnight I’m sleepy Kinda weepy My son took back The etch a sketch I hope while drawing I hid my pain I shook and shook But all in vain Goodnight I’m creepy And out of T. The toaster springs Some are burned We aught embellish When terms are learned and all the circle do go on, does it not? (think I got it walt....thanks for the BOLD hint...lol) Clever YOU! |
