Hans Christian Anderson was a Danish fairy teller from the 19th century. He rocked and all the stories mentioned in the poem are by him except for Old Yeller.

Your mouth is a funnel
For the hole in your head
Your brain is a tunnel
For the words that I’ve said
You think I’m sarcastic
I’m really bombastic
It’s really fantastic
When egos are fed

When egos are fed
Do they often complain
Do they cry to their mom
This tastes yuck to my brain
Twas a silly old thought
I think idle a lot
Was the little Match Girl
Written by a great Dane

Written by a Great Dane
His first name would be Hans
He wrote the Ugly Duckling
For ducks and for swans
A Great Dane is a dog
A great Dane storyteller
You’d think if he’s a dog
He’d write us Old Yeller

Hans Christian Anderson
Got trapped in this poem
I didn’t know when writing
Just where it was going
So Thumbelina and Duckling
ThePrincess and the Pea
“The Emperor’s New Groove”
Don’t blame it on me

As for sweet Thumbelina
And the Little Mermaid
Both of these stories
In movies were made
So if…

Your mouth is a funnel
For the hole in your head
Your brain is a tunnel
For the words that I’ve said
Please Mr. DeMille
Don’t wait till I’m dead!!!

Good ole' Walty
Here he comes
Hans us stories
and then runs
Taking us down the streets of fun funk
pulling us from Andersen's 'The Flying Trunk'
Filling our heads full of tales so true
our feet now dance in 'The Red Shoes'
Reminding us of that great story teller
Hans Christian Andersen -
What a fine feller !

Walt - you plain ROCK !
And I send you a bouquet of 'Little Ida's Flowers'
picked from 'The Garden Of Paradise'.

What fun !
And I'll just be 'The Darning-Needle'
if you don't remind me of 'The Buckwheat' !

Love where you took me, my friend !
So rings 'The Bell'
On this great fairy tale !

I thought I'd give this one a bump for the hubby. Isn't it grand to have a wife that will do that for you.
