In Your Poetic Mind

0 posted 2001-01-27 12:50 PM

If I could touch your heart

drown within your soul

like the sea at sunsets

as the water meets the horizon,

It is your ever changing movement

of ebb tides that have captivated

my eyes and drawn me closer

to your shores of power,

At night under millions of

diamonds I feel your mist

cover my naked body softly

Close like lovers,

feeling you tease

my senses with your

wave movement

kissing my lips with

your harmony,

feeling your strength lay gently

over my mind and settle

my feet on solid ground, where

once again I find peace

standing near  you

Wow!
That could be rated PG.
Very nice writing.
I also like that little quote at the bottom of you page.

When you can find yourself floating in the stars in love but still manage to keep your feet on the ground then you have indeed found a love worth holding on to.  Excellent writing as always from your pen.  Loved the presentation in it as well and the cadence was nothing short of perfection.

Soothing and sensual--love the flow of this.  Enjoyed the read.
