Dreamboat Paradise
By: Noah Eaton
1/26/01

Behind realities eyes, I daydream of my own special world
A lovers utopia, that has to be believed by everyone to be seen
Deep down in bluebell eyes of the earth, softly diving through watery sapphire cascades
To a place where all illusions and dreams of love becomes reality

Sparkling azure Lovers Lane flows gently into the moonlit lagoon
Where all lovers come together, giving of life’s love to each other
Seraphs and cherubs strumming magic lyres and harps, playing heavens saxophones, drums, and harmonicas
Cool dreamy jazz of loves messangers sonnets meeting all true shared spirits, their love melting together to forever stay together

Black-eyed Susan palms waltz in the wintergreen wind with the morning glories
Trees of rose-pedal leaves sway together, loves perfume sweeping across the hazy violet night sky
Stars of all colors dance in the sky, tolling glockenspiel bells aureate of angels eyes
Pieces of evening rainbow lovers walk upon above the abyss fall from the sky, melting in the water

Lunar moths flicker all upon the sky, fairy shrimp lunge upon the water, lighting the night
Laces of starlight luge from above, feathered trapeze suspended down through the lilac dusk
Souls hold each others hands under Mother Natures botanic umbrella
Shooting stars burst in the sky, aerialist angels exulting in every sweet kiss from a devoted lover

Diamond venetian blinds block off all pain and sorrow from the outside
Love, light, and harmony sung on and on, with the euphoric orchestra
Bard laureates of the heavens speak loves greatest words to the lovers
Echoing in harbors ebb, tidal waves of passion fondling every soul

Dreamboats gently rock across the water, loves eternal song forever ringing in everyones ears
Jazz and romance fills this utopian atmosphere forever, love growing every day
As every new love opens another flowers bud, another contributed verse to loves ongoing song
This dreamboat harbor is home to every soul, everyone belonging to each other

This is the world I dream of, my own special world I foresee
A lovers utopia, that has to be believed to be seen
A place that I have not seen here, yet I still try to imagine
Keeping this dream true to myself, as I believe of this magic place someday being reached

Well, Noah, I went looking for zeroes on number of posts and you and I were the only ones.  I think the length of this one may have been the deterrent.  If I wasn't intent on reading all those who were skipped over, like my "As Saunters in the Day," I probably would not have read this fantasy.

Many good images and sweet thoughts.  Perhaps using pieces of this in separate poems would help get these lovely ideas out to share.  Just a thought

Catch that dreamboat and love.
