Mark,

Ohhhh have I missed being able to read your poetry.  At least I have one day a week to come in and try to catch up.
Once again an amazing write.  I so love your writing talent.  I'm glad I got to stop in and read.

I've read this several times... and each time, different phrases sit gently on my heart... I can't pick a favorite from such an incredible, cohesive whole! *S*

rosepetals25-As I have missed having yours to read and your visits to leave me with such big smiles.  Thank you my friend.  One day a week is better than none at least. See ya next weekend.

Kethry-I am glad that you are inspired and now I will look forward to the piece that was inspired of it.  Don't let me miss it even if you have to thump me on the head to catch it.  Thank you much.

wandering-Now only are they the true Americans but they are the spirit of this land and we need to make sure we spend more time trying to honor all that is really here.  Thank you so much for your kindness.

suthern-Gentle works doesn't it?  Thank you dearly for always leaving me with such wonderful words.

Greeneyes-I will take that stunning and raise you a very sincere THANK YOU.  Always a pleasure to see your name here especially when it is one of your STUNNING works to read.

Another great piece.  Might you be interested in fantasy reading?  I wonder because you are very powerful with mythical (or what I consider mythical) language.  It gives your poems a certain and very powerful edge.

Great piece indeed.

CD-Thank you so much.  Mythical to some but very realistic spirits to others.  I am very much interested in Native American culture and I am trying to find some connection with it myself as I have a hope that it will hold some answers to my life.  I really do appreciate the wonderful comments.  You will come to know that the true mythical writings from me are when I try to pen of love.  NOW that is MYTHOLOGY.LOL    Nice to see you enjoying yourself here.

Mark, as usual your work is touching...very visual and inspiring. And the subject! Well, anything that helps us understand native cultures is worth applause. I'd better submit this before I get on my soapbox.
Loved it,
Dee

Rich-Thank you so much. I am glad you found the spirit in this piece.

kaile-Thank you for that and for you to have read it several times is a greater compliment than I could have hoped for.

Dee-Why thank you much and anytime you wish to get on that soap box of yours please feel free to do so.

insect-and happy am I that you added your name to this piece. Thank you kindly.

ethome-Yes I do understand and I thank you much and of course I agree with you on the fine poets and hearts within these walls. There is no better place to call home than here and you know that and share that feeling I know. The comments have overwhelmed me and I thank you and all of them a thousand times over.

very beautifully portrayed, the ritual of dance with the spirit, that brings life. To envision the enchantment of the dance, It brings a peacefulness as all is let go and released unto the heavens. Great job as usual.

Hi Mark:
I'm new to this site and yours is one of the first poems I've read, but I had to tell you how much I enjoyed it and what an enchanted scene it presented to me. Thanks
