I lay back watch the stars tonight
Your eyes I see in every light
The twinkle that is cast my way
As night takes over from the day

And listen as I hear the moon
Speak softly to me, calling soon
To open up and let her in
Consume me in her evil grin

Was captured by romance this time
Stole my heart left it confined
Held tight in grip to feel her beat
No longer can I stay discreet

I lay back watch the stars tonight
Still basking in the soft moonlight
And know that soon the sun shall shine
I’ll lie here still and bide my time
Till she whispers sweet again

awwwwww...... how romantic!......
(did you REALLY hear the moon? damn! what does the moon's voice sound like? hehe... are you SURE it was the moon speaking to you? how long ago did you go off the meds? you ok? *g)

seriously, though, i heard jupiter and mercury speaking to me one at a time and then at the same time and then they both stopped talking to me!!! what's up with that, anyway?

.... but about the poem... i liked, spiked!
