A Slew Of Senryu (Paula!! This was too hard!!! Title Courtesy of Margie) I cannot do this This is harder than a kiss I think this I’ll miss Paula why ask me Because cannot you now see This is hard for me Margie gave me help She said if you are stuck yelp Oh my aching scalp This is not much fun Someone please get me a gun Or hold back the sun I shall be here now Until time teaches me how Or I have a row It’s okay for you You have talent to help you All I have is boo I can cry out loud You see I am not too proud I am the in crowd Take back this bad game It makes me cry out for shame This is not my flame Now this is the end My poor brain I will now mend And thank you I send Marsha Take back the hope you gave,- I claim Only a memory of the same Robert Browning |

Thanks for this Marsha, only one critical coment to say to sunshine - why outshine your friends when by considering them your friends, you must already consider yourself lucky for them to think the same back, this makes you as good as the company you keep . I loved the poem . You need not paracetamol, only a pen and some paper, it's the best cure for anything, especialy what your suffering from . Thanks . L.of.L. Tommy . Margie girl, tell the truth, not only did i need tutoring but you practically had to write it for me. (They know I didn't do it, they all know I'm toooooo lazy for the work this entailed.) Thanks you love, and a tanka?? I'll keel over, I will. (What if I said there was an elephant sitting on 'puter it wouldn't wash would it) I'll think about it Oh my aching head!! It was a get out of jail free card, but I defaced it. Marsha slew of Senryu Marsha you completed well now go home to bed loved your write of pain Senryu is not for you others now will smile smiling at your write you can make it easy seem though you loud complain. I think you can do something else more difficult I have something too here is the challenge not a tanka not some prose something harder still  write for me Marsha my rhyming style first and last in poet's workshop.
