Our souls are ancient yours and mine Though you be Dragonborne and I Human I hear the summons from within Feel the images rise and soar There is an energy that surrounds and permeates If only I could see the music, the gold song We are bonded you and I Though you be Dragonborne and I Human which transcends the linear To culminate and shape thought From blinding obscurity to painful clarity If only I could see the music, the gold song We are of one essence you and I Though you be Dragonborne and I Human A melding of heart and mind Beyond the realms of dimension where true magic exists If only I could see the music, the gold song We are as one being you and I Though you be Dragonborne and I Human We merge in a dream's reality The magic expands and engulfs Positives and negatives collide in an instant And I can see the music, the gold song Enotneicna SLR 1-19-01 Words are my medicine. SEA......This woke me up in the morning and I had to write it down......some of my best pieces are borne that way.......Someone else said this sounded like a one-sided love song......glad you enjoyed it. many blessings always, Eno EagleOne......though most would call the dragon a mythological creature I do feel a bond and it feels ancient......you think I could have been a dragon in a previous life? I have written other dragon poems and it felt like there was a dragon looking over my shoulder putting images and words in my mind......so glad you enjoyed it......that's what it'a all about. many blessings always, Eno Words are my medicine.
