........for Sharon.

I remember!

The softness of your touch…….....The spark

~*~

The longing in your eyes……..…..The glow

~*~

The hunger of your soul…..………..The fire

~*~

The ache of your body…..……….The blaze

~*~

The intentness of your passion….The inferno

~*~

Yes!

I remember you!

Seemingly so simply said, but there is a depth within this piece that is moving. Enjoyed the read very much.

very cool write poet sir ...
so nice to see you back

Kethry ~ your comments are, as always, too kind, thankyou my friend.

Marge ~ Thanks, always wonderful to know you enjoy my work.

Dragonpoe ~ So glad you enjoyed., and I like your thoughts on this one too. I like to think most of my work has that depth you speak of.

SEA ~  SO glad you liked.    and yes I do have some good memories, thankyou.

Janet ~ it's nice to be back, and to be able to get something on paper again.    I think that trying to recapture a memory would be like trying to capture the past, that can be a road laced with pain. I think I'd rather move forward and make new memories.    Thankyou my friend.

Charisma ~ Thankyou, I'm glad you like this  one.

Mother Earth ~ I don't see it as sad, just as a beautiful memory from times past, thankyou.

Startime ~ well my memories aren't always  beautiful but it's nice to recall them from time to time. Thankyou

Melissa ~ I'm a man of few words   Thanks, glad you enjoyed.

Mark ~ your words do me great honour sir! Thankyou.

Kathleen ~  yes it is    I appreciate your stopping by to comment, take care!

EagleOne,

The memories will always remain.  It is good to look back every now and then, isn't it?  This was very nice my friend.
