Listening to every heart

Believing What Breathes

she believes in others
more for them
to see that belief lift their spirits
and she breathes…

she believes in the child
and helps to wipe away the
“can’t, don’t, no” of their
existence
and she breathes…

she believes in the forces
of nature, the good and
bad of the wind and sun,
rain, tornadoes, hurricanes
sweeping through her days…
and she breathes…

she believes in things
she can’t see
and things that she can
and she breathes…

she believes in the aged
and that they have mostly lead
good lives and still have a
lesson to teach, so she listens,
and she breathes…

she believes in what she
hears and doesn’t hear,
reads between the lines,
separating chaff from wheat
and she breathes…

she believes in the you of you
true of you, she holds tight
to your dreams when you
lose them, so they may be
returned, unharmed, still safe…
and she breathes…

she believes in a smile
that in passing it around
others will smile, and it
will pass on, and in that gesture,
the flutter of a butterfly’s wing
will create a breeze felt miles away…
and she breathes…

she believes in the young
and the middle aged
those who wage truth
who fight the good fight
lose graciously
strive to attend the next battle
and live to live another day
and she breathes…

she believes in a true love
one that is given for sake of giving
that will be accepted for
the sake of the gift
one that will either be here…
or there…
and she breathes…

she believes in one man
who believes in her
~ because ~
and she breathes…

she believes in breathing
and in breathing believes
to breathe one more day…

and she breathes…

Inhaling deeply
and when she Exhales, the words
flow through her and into her pen onto the page. . .

and we are blessed. . .
blessed the she breathes. . .

Wonderful my friend. . .

Continue breathing and bring on more like this one.  I truely enjoyed the cadence of this one and it is almost like singing a song of inspiration.  Wonderful write.

The spirit in your breath - I wish you could breathe on me - I believe - sometimes I wonder if my belief is half as strong as need be

Karilea~
And in her breathing are manifest the poems of her heart.

Just lovely, sweet spirit of poet.
