For every new tomorrow,
For each new morning sun,
For all the little battles fought,
And each that we have won;
For the years we've left behind us,
And for those we've yet ahead,
For every single smile we've shared,
And every tear we've shed;
Side by side we've managed,
As each held the other's hand,
And for whatever's yet to come,
Together we will stand;
A knowing twinkle in our eyes,
And hair that's now streaked gray,
Hearts and hands still joined as one,
Together, come what may.

I'm somewhat struggling now with an 'established' relationship...and this helped.  Thank you.

This is the way it should be, and you have written it wonderfully  I'm so glad this came up again today!

Adding this one back into the library because I lost it during the move.

Betray him first, and the game's reversed...
