  My Dearest Love,

   Just one glance, is all
   it took for this heart
   to fall into that
   which is yours.

   Dreamt
   had I, in nightfall
   of thy face
   and of eyes that shine
   as the very stars
   that scattered their dust
   upon this body, as it laid
   beneath the opened windows
   in shadows of the night
   seeking the one star to wish upon
   to bring thee home to me
   to hear thy voice, it's whispers
   that touch this very soul,
   to dream of thee and thy words of love
   to lift me when e'er the morn has come.

   Though Father does not take
   to this so kindly
   and has made this union of ours
   to become a difficult one...
   one of many trials,
   I challenge you not,
   but await your every move
   and with you always
   goes my heart, my want, my desire
   for each of your tasks
   to be met ...
