One day I will be free,
Of the toils of my disease.
My braces will be put aside,
On the day I go be at Jesus's side.

There will be no use for my wheelchair,
When I meet Jesus in the air.
I will be able to walk the streets of gold,
For in the Bible, this is told.

They tell me my M.S., has no cure,
But in my heart I know for sure.
That when my life in heaven begins,
My fight with this dreaded disease will end.

I will get a new body free of disease,
And I will surely be pleased.
But until that day comes to be,
All I can do is know that one day I will be free.

This poem was written to show others that I will
keep on fighting and continue to hope that one
day a cure will be found for MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.

Cathy~
Yes, one day you will walk - I said walk -
those streets of gold ...
and I pray that one day there will also be
a cure for you and others with MS.

Big hugs from this heart to yours.
You keep writing and stretching that beautiful mind of yours.
You are an encouragement to me and I thank you for that.
*Hugs*

You go girlie...you bet you will and then you and I are up for a game of tag.  Sis, this is beautiful and you know that many gather their strength from you just by being around you and seeing your faith in "him" and that would include me.

And when you have your glorified body, you will see you as He sees you!  Beautiful, made perfect in Him.

And doesn't He ask us to see ourselves, now, as He sees us, in faith, beautiful in Him?

Cathy~
What strength you must have, fight on and I hope you get your freedom soon. M.S is a terrible disease that needs way more money put into it's research than it gets.
Strong write
