Wonder Of Life… A twinkle once flickered in an eye, Now she is here, I understand why My sister and spouse have given life To a baby so sweet, innocent and nice Like an angel from the skies up above She has arrived, our little love, We hold her, she grins, and laughs so nice Our little angel, this wonder of life She lies there, so harmless, whilst we all gaze, For this miracle of life, we must give praise We embrace and hold this baby each day, We all must pray, she stays out of harms way She will continue now, on her journey of life, The father so proud with my sister, the wife Each day we watch our sweet angel grow, Our little diamond, we love you so…. ….For Susan, Niall and Mia ~~Steve~~ January 2000 |
