Come walk with me
Through times gate
Lets leave the past behind

Lets leave the past behind
And make new memories
All our own

All our own
Our own love songs
Sung to the rising sun

Sung to the rising sun
As our passion soars
Burning in the heat of our love

Burning in the heat of our love
The desire and want
An ache between us

An ache between us
Just waiting to be eased
With a kiss

With a kiss
That takes us
Through times gate

Come walk with me

Here is to your kiss and your walk.  I really enjoyed this creation of yours and I love it when you pen with such faith and vision of hope.

When thou walks through times gate
and the past is laid upon it,
an overcoat discarded,
pocketed with memories,
swinging to and fro,
each morn to the old,
bringing forth the new
as the sun touches, heats up
and allows the past
to become impassioned
with a new burn...
then, each step takes thee
to a kiss beyond time.

Paula love, this is as always beautiful, and it certainly looks far too dificult to write one of these. Utterly wonderful love it really is. (And Girly don't you dare think you can challenge me to do one of these. Kari had me working as....um ...siduously
yesterday.   )
Wonderful work  as always

Mm, Paula, this is a beauty. Saving to my library. I don't know the name of this style, but it was done very well, I know that much. And the words, of course, repeat the ones in my heart.
