In the Key of Jackie I don't want to live without you unless I have to. And if I do my world is not quite right as I think about how much I miss you way too much to sleep good at night. Thou we're not making any new memories I have way more than enough to haunt me. I see two lovers in the mall and I think that could be us again if you would call. And it's no fun at the beach without you're silky motion rubbing on my suntan lotion. Hey sometimes it seems like life is going on without me and it's frustrating figuring out what I should do when I find myself singing the blue's in the key of Jackie. Gotta look at the big picture thinking about what's good for Jackie and that's the way she has to go. I would expect nothing less from my sweet and if I'm not the one that fits the best in her, hey I have to let go. I want to hold her in my arms real tight. Sleep within her sweet embrace each night. I see this all so clearly within my sight. I need to have a healthy attitude about this..right? My friend Jessie said perhaps she in with her rich Japanese boyfriend. I'll accept that as one of many possibilities and that's alright with me but I'm lying you see. She can do whatever her heart desires but it sure reduces my hopes and opportunities. I dunno, she did mention a Japanese boyfriend one time and told me to figure it out in my own mind. I suppose I have had a few minor questions but don't we all have doubts we need to work out? And I was in that process, no doubt, but I didn't figure I would be the one losing out. Now Jackie wants me to come and stay with her for Christmas but I am going to California to visit my family...perhaps in the year 2002 me and Jackie will embrace once again...I wonder if it will feel the same when I kiss her...she was such a fabulous kisser...James |
