Masquerade

I dream in colored shadows
Passing through the grey of seem.
Of acrobatic sparrows
Slipping through the wind and stream.

I whisper to the flowers
Tilting heads in flowered grace
By aromatic power
Gliding through the gardens space.

I dance in ghostly floating
Haunting all that comes to view
By sophistry of noting
Turn it all to shining new.

I be king within this realm
Bringing life my kingdoms seem
Only I can overwhelm
The real of life with a dream.

Here my dragon smells the glade
In a magic masquerade.

In the spaces of our dreams ...
we can be kings and queens
and in the fantasy we shall play.
From this mystic masquerade ...
we shall rule the glen and glade
while we will sit upon our golden thrones.
In the shadows of quiet sleep ...
are heard whispered prayers of souls to keep
and the angels keep the demons and dragons at bay.

I sent over a couple more of me gator girls to entertain that randy dragon while ya sleep.

I am surrounded by sighs...

This is lovely...

I love the time
and in between
the calm inside me
in the space
where I can breathe...

The imagery in this is suberb!  I love the dragon at the end.  Perfect.
