Clamoring Elation

Given over to trail of mask
... wanderings ...
showcased within hidden words
... releasing ...
as your tears flow
... aimlessly ...
lost in nothingness

Reaching pinnacles of torment
... adornment ...
trophied in ink and glass
... pennings ...
engraved on clouds of waste
... expanding ...
into the mist of rainbows

Dwelling in future histories
... budgeted ...
fragments of the heart
... shared ...
in oblivion's rehearsal
... cascading ...
in the tears of pain's freedom

Lyrics of soothing grace
... harmonizing ...
bringing symphonies clash
... resounding ...
bellows vibrate inwardly
... assuring...
peaceful resolution of sleep

We smile ...
We rejoice ...
We return ...
to the tides of clamoring elation
as I rest my pen evermore

Interesting, Mark..Haven't quite figured out what it all means yet, but I like it just the same..Shouting of spirits, outcrys of happiness,Guess it could say alot of things, Whatever it is you are saying here, you say it well as you always do...Liked it, I did... ~LL~< !signature-->

Very nice, like the style and how it pulls the reader on.  I certainly hope your pen will not rest forevermore, though.

Mark, Mark, Mark ... absolutely loved this! What a wonderful format and presentation for the beautiful and descriptive sentiments within. Don't you ever put that pen down though, or I'd be beside myself! Well OK ... only as you sleep, but then you pick it right back up again dear poet ... wonderful words from you to start my morning!

Best wishes,
/Kit

Mark my freind, this is utterly wonderful, really beautiful writing as always from you. I do hope you weren't saying that your never going to write again, because you're far too good to let that happen. This really is a wonderful piece. Excellant work it truly is.
Take care

Nay Sir, do not rest thy pen
but dip in ink well again...and again...
for amidst the clamoring of the bell
imagine for a moment, love's true swell...

and thus, to write
to capture the night
to encase the dreams
of sun, and moon beams...

write on...

you KNOW Im digging the (...)
infectious arent they LOL ...
I really like the cryptic feel of this and the format as well ...
We all need to find release and closure ...
I like seeing you try new styles poetically as well ...
and I always like seeing you write in free verse

Mark*
You wove so many emotions and moments into
the free weave of this poem...Your work
always finds a spot in my heart to touch and
I come away from your poetry
wondering....**just how did he do
that**...but bottom line my friend I'm glad
you do and I'll continue to read as you
continue to weave....The rest.....I think
you KNOW   Take care of you MC~

Karilea-Thank you my friend for that encouragement but you know how it feels to try something new and wonder how it will be received.  Your words are too kind but they mean alot to me.
