sweetest darkness, wouldst thou consent to be my muse?
for I have had enough of the light, there I have found only heartbreak
wouldst thou whisper in mine ear thy songs so sweet?
songs that I couldst share with those assembled here?

sweetest darkness, wouldst thou consent to be my muse?
for thy songs are the most beautiful mine ears have ever heard
singing softly in mine dreams on beams of starlight
telling me of a love that awaits me in thine arms

sweetest darkness, wouldst thou consent to be my muse?
please tell me true dark lady, for I await thy word
mine heart has ne'er known a touch such as thine
my pen will sing of thy love till the dawn comes

and e'en then, I shall make the dawn wait, for just a few moments more with thee. . .

This is one of (if not) your best Sven. My deepest condolences at this time.  God be with you.

Enter the shadows of my dreams
for only six hours until morning
The moon will guide every passion
I will attack you without warning

I am the Lady of Darkness
Do not try to escape
I know what I want, I want you
Tasting like a succulent grape

Consuming your sweet nectar
ebony chains hold you bound
I can hear your heart beating
As you surrender without a sound

I am the Lady of Darkness
You are in my power of lust
Chained in shackles of moonlight
sweet darkness we entrust

        WHOO HOOO HAA...

If I be but a muse to Sven, thou wouldst
delight in the company of mine, dark, but
for the halo cast by the moon surrounding,
I shall dance thee, to a heart of joy...

With a voice like that of a nightingale,
whispers, mine, shall invade thee, words
that would sweeten the air, tasting of a
love shared between the dusting of twilight
and the dawning of each new day...

Such darkness when surrounding me
no other love is right for me..

Hm, well I'm tired, or I could have done better

Beautiful poem, Sven, as always. But especially close to my heart, darkness holds such promise, so much more than light.

Take care.

You sing about the night, and I hear it even from as far away as my dreams. Beautiful work, Sven.

Can I be your willful breeze,
Come to touch,
Your heart to ease?

I come to thee in darkness, consent to be thy muse
and yet the darkness holds its own share of sorrows
the songs of sweetening muse are here for dark to meet
songs behest for sharing with those assembled neath thy fragrance

I come to thee in darkness, content to be thy muse
and whispers in the darkness shalt be heard and felt with the heart
in dreams or visions within dark's domain
to speak of love and wonder in thine arms

I come to thee in darkness, hell bent to be thy muse
respond in kind for I have waited long
thy touch and call to me fill me with pride
and in the dark we  alone shalt peer into promise

and I wilt hold back the dawn for thou...only thou

Sorry

Sven,
So sad, so hauntingly enchanting. The darkness is a comfort, but always remember that the light, is always just within yuor reach....

Sven kind sir, this is truly beautiful.
May the day come that the dark lady will be your muse and bring on the light so all can see your face deep in love.
I love the darkness, it hides my fears.
