I Am (Sunshine’s Challenge) By: Noah Eaton 1/5/01 I am a recently awakened soul Sideswiped at the crossroads of my dreams in search for joy I’m still longing for love, longing for respect As I continue to face the loneliness and pain around me I am different from much other people, but that’s what makes me special I am just a small sparrow willing to sing my songs of love to the world I’ve barely ever traveled around the world, no girls have ever talked with me I am still longing to see my dreams come true… But I am not the same hopeless soul I used to be I am never going to give up, because I have a lot of love to give I am going to keep moving on, and let love guide me forever I am happy now, I am ready… I am here to live life to the fullest I am here to share my love with all of you I am here to make my dreams come true and find my love For I am…I am me I am not going to waste my life, there is so much to see, so much to do And I know that there is a true love for everyone in the world And I know that you will find it, and love will forever flourish with you If you ever feel down or confused, don’t despair, I believe in you In all this time, all my love is just a dream, but I know that the time will come When I am pleasantly surprised to see my girl walk in reality For I know that everyone belongs to one another, everyone has a shared love A love that will heal you of your misery, a love that will make you happy I am here for you love, soon I will find you I am here to make you happy, for I want you to be the happiest girl that you can be I am alive, you, my friend, are alive, all of us are here I am here to love and share my magic with you I am here to live life to the fullest I am here to find true love in the world I am here to listen to all your wonderful words and thoughts For I am here to live…I am |
