          “LOVE ME NOT FOREVER”

Love me not forever, but please love me now if you do,
as I have found many different ways,
to express my love for you…
But my heart has been crying, maybe yours is like mine,
and if it’s true, perhaps two could become,
                one again sometime…

Two becoming one, what a tender loving thought,
I wonder if you’re up to it,
or is it possibly all for naught…
It’s not hard to do, we were there once before,
        but then somehow,
there was a closing of the door…

It slammed shut in both faces, but feelings still reside,
        deep within two hearts,
with emotions that never did die…
The kindling is still there in mine, what about yours,
        does it still beat rapidly,
                remembering all its memoirs?

Wouldn’t it be aspiring, to melt two hearts together,
        even think as one,
                and making it better?
But you know the old saying, it’s very profound,
        “it takes two to tango,
                on this crazy merry-go-round”…

A light air to a very heavy subject. Well done Bill.

Two souls made one
your words do seek
Two hearts to beat
one pattern clear
Two souls as one
the dream you speak

*sigh* oh yes, this is so very beautiful. How could she posibly resist. Much love and hugs to you from me.

Love I leave with you my friend whether it be in your life or of yet the essense of your dreams.

"Round and round and round she goes...where she stops..."... That's certainly an apt slice of love, isn't it?  You've said it well, my friend... Nice job here..

Evening Prometheus,

I hadn't thought of looking at it as you have mentioned, but yes, light air to heavy. It does make sense to me, and I do agree. Thank you for the help in looking at this writing a little different.

Evening nakdthoughts,

Nice to see you, and always welcome your considerate replies. Thanks for coming by once again, and hope your day has been well.

Evening Startime,

I do thank you for your generous and warm reply to this writing I have done. To perhaps touch someone, with something that I have written is one of the main reasons I write. A hug to you from I, and hope that your coming days are full of sunshine.

Evening Elizabeth,

Hi Liz, nice to see you. Glad that you liked this writing, and I thank you for the kind reply.

Good morning Victoria,

Well, that type of merry-go-round with grandchildren is the only one there should be. But as you know, there are others. Thanks once again for coming by.

Good morning Charisma,

Glad that you loved it, and glad that you came by, appreciate it.

Good morning Nan,

"Where she doth stoppage, who knowith?" Nice to see you Nan, and yes, you are correct. Thanks for the gracious reply, and it's nice seeing your words.

Good morning ethome,

"May your craziest dream come true"! Thanks for stopping at my place.
