Feel the light which radiates from every word I compose.
Mortal beings stand froze, while the weak had choose.
To run away from the truth, afraid of what they might find.
90% of mans failures occur in the mind
Is it hell that we dwell, or maybe its manifest. It's like hell and heaven on earth, all the pain in my chest.
Builds up real slow causing me to pour out
My heart and soul with out care, exposing what I'm all about. Feel the pain that I feel, the sorrow in my heart. So you can understand how my soul has been severly ripped apart. Locked in a glass room, the air being sucked out fast. A manifest of our lives and how they will never last.
We were born to die, I only hope to die with grace.
Cherishing the day i'm able to leave this awful place.

I hope the pain and despair I read is poetic license... or at the very least, that writing brings you some measure of peace. *S* Welcome to PIP... may the caring you find here brighten your days.

very dark, I think we have all had this feeling at one time or another, the challenge is to work through the pain and fight. welcome to passions and hope you can stay a while.

If that handle stands true then it is truly a privilege to read the words of the king of poet's. At least the king is not dead or not yet anyway.....but only a king could write with the darkest of passions and not worry about the results of the critics....as the King sir I grant you to sit on the throne of darkness but suicide is definitely a no no here...open forum you know(public)...rest easy on the throne king and welcome to passions!

Welcome to Passions first of all and please enjoy a long stay with us.  This was a very powerful piece and filled with the emotions that most if not all of us go through from time to time but as you said in one line........"90% of man's failures occur in the mind" and that says much.  It is the overwhelming truth and it is nice to know that we ourselves control so much of our own happiness by the way we see the world.  Rose colored glasses are there for us when we can't find it ourselves.  Enjoyed the read much and look forward to reading many many more from you.  Liked the format also.
