Love is closer than the air I breathe
not upon distant shores..nor another border
love reaches out and kisses softly my lips
weaving through my hair..his gentle fingertips

love is close..our hearts warmly share
orange marmalade spread upon the morn
naked images within steam of roasted coffee

love is sweeter than sugar and spice
sweeter than honey..forever to entice
wiggle in my walk..whisper words I talk
he is my blackboard I am his chalk
weaving webs of thoughts
love climbing like a silken stalk

the whispers of his breath
traveling, the path of my neck
exploring hills and valleys
with playful little pecks

I feel . . . I hear
melodies of love notes

"Come make love with me"

his eyelash tickles our destiny
lost within caverns of my love

I almost feel as if I am interrupting but might you have an extra cup of coffee?  Seriously...this is a beautiful write and shows how a love can cause us to get wonderfully lost in the world.  Loved this read for sure.

How openly sensual and loving this piece is. My what a wonderful world this can be when two are sharing love...and these warm sensuous verses speak so well of it... take care      ethome.
