You have been patient a very long time
been waiting for me to make up my mind
i try not to melt within warmth of your arms
always taken with your cowboy charms

you are the one i am committed today
sharing secrets within sincere eyes blue gray
when the snow melts i can hardly wait
a ride upon your horse..i wonder.. is it fate?

i listen by the firelight..your voice softly sings
watch your fingers strum upon guitar strings
if only i could stay but i always have to go
back into the world.. a blanket of snow

i want to snuggle forever upon your bearskin rug
sincere kisses sweet words and your warm hugs
i know you are waiting for the light in my eyes
waiting for the day i bring that special surprise
and say those three little words..i love you
it will be the beginning..our debut

Round'em up and bring him in! How can he resist a passionate love poem like that. Why, he could just simply bathe in the comfort of these words if nothing else...write'em up V.

Well, I guess down in Texas you ain't got too much choice but to find a cowboy now do ya.  Sounds as if that one of yours is about to get lassoed real good.  Wonderful write my friend.

======
Sven--little note.....cowboys ride the range...it's the other things that fill up the pastures.

Some cowboys ride the range
other cowboys will dance the night
some cowboys may be strange
other cowboys will be "just right"

see the cowboy of your dreams
may he give you twilight scenes...
