I hold you in my heart, now and forever,
from this day...
All hell can freeze, before I’ll let our love
be swept away...
Against all odds, we’ve built a bridge,
to span the oceans deep...
To join our hearts in lover’s song,
our melody to keep...

No angry words, nor hateful deeds,
will break the binding tie...
I love you as in ancient times,
and ‘til the day I die...
Forever joined...in many lives,
we’ve shared a special place...
And in this life, our love transcends
the bounds of time and space...

So long ago, a promise made,
between two loving hearts...
Was strong enough to never die, but grow,
where new life starts...
One life into another...
those two hearts reach out to touch...
Each knowing that the other
will be reaching just as much...

So I promise, as I’ve promised,
many times and many ways...
Your love to keep and cherish,
in this lifetime full of days...
Many seasons pass before me,
Love renews, as it does now...
My heart will join with yours,
As once again...We share...
the Vow…

Beautiful my sister and the power of love is bursting the seams in this one.  This sounds like the renewal of wedding vows or just the pledging of two hearts and I truely hope that this is something that is finding YOU in it.  Absolutely would be the best New Year's gift to see you this happy my sister.

Yes....this was meant as a renewal, of a love that feels as though it has seen many lifetimes. I believe that there are loves so strong, that they do transcend the boundaries put on us by life itself. Thank you, my sweet brother...

Oh, my friend...we are on the same wavelength so much of the time, that I feel as if I've known you a long time!  'Ancient' is the key, I think!!

Special words, and they make me feel the mystical powers that make love carry us across miles, and through miracles, and into the arms of the one we have always known.
Awesome poem, Sunny.
