Lost

lost
I am lost
I am lost amiss all the chaos

struggle
I struggle to hold on
to who I am
to who I was
and to who i shall become
wrestling with myself

finding
finding a new life
a new way
a new direction

foreboding
anticipation
and fear
fill my heart
choosing this time for no one but myself

is weakness my enemy
strength my friend

journeys
journeys down paths
paths in the circle of life
bringing us back to where we once were

seeker
seeker is what i am
seeking the truth not in happiness
yet in what makes us comfortable in who we are

lost
so, I am lost
lost and seeking
my way back to me

Journey is a path to ones self, You seem to have found that way.

Good poem.
You will find your way if you search for faith to believe in who you are meant to be.
Be true to yourself, and reach for hope.

Lost---a thing  that is unfound
lost, a cry of silent sound..
lost is stillness of profound...
Lost? A lucid thought's confound.

grin...inspired me......hope you don't mind sharing?

You'll have to go to the lost and found within yourself...it's there... and there's love on a shelf there that you can take down and give it to yourself...that's because you are reaching out to yourself and you did it in a very well written way....welcome to Passions!!

If you struggle to hold onto the old you, how can you let the new you be free? Must we hold some of the past before we can 'be' the future? Interesting poem!

I write with the ink of my heart.
