I wish that I were Santa Claus... I pray to be a Christ... I wish that I had not grown claws-- I pray my heart can thaw the ice... Simple deeds, I'd wish, undone, simplicity to everyone.... I wish my arms were long and strong... to ease your longing of belong... I would love you. (yes, I do...) I could paint your gray sky blue..... I could hold the tide, at bay, if you would, have it that way.... I could drown in sea of brown... your eyes, to mine, our life in sway-- Have it? NO. No other way.... A water's walk turned into wine.... nothing left for me to do... but turn the tables over now in temple of my loving you. And every everything you do... is like a knife cut sweet in "true" and all that you can't seem to say? not meant to be-- no, not this way... precious love and life delayed... kiss goodbye-- ace of spades covering the queen of hearts... my god...who dealt this hand I played and begged I bid another heart? my god. my god. my god. I pray... One more hand. Another start. |

Excellent writing Celeste very thought provoking...I enjoyed it very much! As far as the other goes well... I LOVE MARDI-GRAS POETS!!!! (and ya know I do)  I dont know whats in the water down there me sweet but it is MAGIC baby.. Im taking this one for mine... putting a bow on it and its going in me keeper stocking  Merry Christmas me twin ... me loves ya..muchly me Some people find subtlety in strangers if you find anything~let me in Your eyes~you see everything my eyes~I see it all together now~and I know |
