What has robbed you of your fulfillment
Are you flesh
Are you soul
Are you spirit

What rules your life
Greed
Selfishness
Indifference

Or are you ruled by
Love
Kindness
Caring

We are not mortal beings
Having a spiritual experience
We are spiritual beings
Having a mortal experience

I too, enjoyed this Richard. Reminded me of something I read--um, somewhere..(smile) and that is that we do not have a spirit--we ARE SPIRIT. Your love and light is shining in this one.

Bravo! Yes we are. The mortal experience is to inhance and develop that spiiritual man who shall live forever. It is just of matter of where we shall live. Your poem is moving and emotive. Bless you Richard!
