Here I am behind the glass
awaiting on your whim.
I'm here if you should feel the need
for hugs or just the touch of friend.

If you are down
I'll play the clown,
If you are joyful, so am I...
When you are mad?
We'll both be bad
and raise our fists up to the sky.

I am here
to dry your tears.
When you are worried,
I'm all ears.
With all my heart's ability,
I'm here for your emergency.
I'll tell you jokes and type "alas".
I'm here for you,
behind the glass.

(for all of my wonderful friends here at Passions--Happy Holidays!)

Serenity~
Well, you sweet little thang you !

When 911 doesn't answer
and the cops do not respond
I'll remember to call on you
and wave my magic wand ...
I'll smash that glass
and set you free
and smile in the delivery
of your assistance
quite post haste
One of those hugs
I'd not want to waste !

Happy, Happy Holidays to you too, sweetie !
Love n' Hugs

yes you are
and this I knew
for every time I look in the mirror ...
I see a reflection of two.
always there
my twin of heart and poetry
please always know ... your being there
brings quiet comfort to rest inside of me.

No need for me to break the glass
but if I come and kiss you...
please promise not to knock me on my ...ahem.....spurs!!!

Sorry sweetie, couldn't resist.  I thank you for the wonderful wish and wish for you a very wonderful holly jolly day as well and may you find the music of love in your stocking and the tune of insight wrapped to your delight. Hugs and kisses under the Kistletoe just for the holidays. < !signature-->

What did you say your address was again Celeste? I want to break that glass so bad that I can just feel it in my bones. If I could get you out from behind there then we could sing all the old songs.....I really enjoyed this piece and all the metaphors.. take care     ethome
