~The Joy of Meadows~

My aching heart wants for you to see
What your words of I love you have done to me
The silence of bitter tears is all I keep
Touch me, I dare you, and know what I feel...
It hurts too much to have you coming around
So now is the time for us to move on
You may get mad and become unkind
When I say we're better off without a you and I
Speak to me, I implore you, and for once be true...
Don't say that you'll change or more time you need
My love has been tested over and over it seems
Can you not see how our life has shifted
Just yesterday three, now blind to innocence
Promise me, I besiege you, and swear this you keep
Release your hold unto my heart I plea
So child and I may embrace the joy of meadows in peace...

Coco... How sad to feel this, I know...I felt the sadness, yet strength also...   ~LL~

Coco,
Sometimes writing can break the spell
And you wrote it well.
