A Moment's Steal

Breathe with me my thoughts of you
Pillowed soft, shared whispers, faint.
Calm to drink-in moonlights view
Starry eyes, to picture paint.

Subdued, am I, when in your care
Textured delicate, primed for you.
Yet silken pale to weave my share
Awaits, a tapestry, a touch up, new.
~~~
To set the stage, to frame appeal
To strengthen wants of your embrace
I fortify, and cage in steel
A captured look, your eyes, to grace.
A tease, a touch, to bend your strong
Bring heart of you, to touch my own.
A treasure locked, but not for long
To one I wish to make it known.
So paint my lips with yours of sweet
Thread with colors, of many hues.
Always with words, "till next we meet"
Bring to me the thrill of you.
~~~

Remember always, the me that's "real"
A tenderness within that lies
Holding time, a moment's steal
An hourglass that fills with sighs.

And if it tips, contents can't spill
Can only over-turn again
Allowing chances, once more to fill
A heart that's emptying, when myst does reign.

A friendship bound with truth, not lies
through many winter's may survive.
With darkened clouds sheets gusts of freeze
and a chill seeps deep to bone,
will you remove your garmets warm, thus
cloak the chill surrounding me?
If so, a true friend indeed you be.

If I remove my garments warm,
then chilled, shall I be left, it's harm.
Unless of course, thy comfort shares
In darkest times, when moon arrests
Leaving stars their dust to place
To cover one who wishes thee
Into the arms of friendship, be.

hmmmmm not my best
but on short notice
and in search of an hours rest
this shall have to do
thanking you, kindasorta
