Depressed

Lift your finger
Press it down
Straighten then your
Highness crown
Think so idly of your wants
You knead me till I bleed
Your helping hand
Wants to lead
Wants a more submissive breed
Drum your fingers
Then unwind
Enrage the poor puppet’s mind
Always give an inch or two
Give, don’t ever think of you?
From frightened face finally drains
Yank the paupers binding chains!
Wait ‘til lying dog creeps more
Do you sleep? I pace the floor
The chords, the chains, the puppet strings
Unleash your beast to howl and sing
Your inner void, my stomping grounds
Depress your heart, a hollow sound
For now and ever I am free
For once, just once,
You let go of me

Hey RAGE on Walt it's good for the soul!
After all poetry releases the heart, soul and mind.( of course the mind is the last to go hehe)or is that first!

Wowzerz!  I can feel your words! I have this picture of Pinnochio as a puppet whose strings have been cut.  He melts to the magnetic floorbottoms and begins his shortlived relaxation....  Mannnn, this is quite an image!
