Worse than a slap -
the turn of back
The building of that six foot fence—
to feel the pierce of misplaced trust
and topple wall of silence.

Surely you must know it all.
I see this knowing;
see contempt…
With just a curl
Of up-turned lip—
volumes spoke in silence.

And every word
Remains unsaid?
Haunts me—
unforgiven dead—
a-wander
searching recompense
a scream
to shatter
silence…

Sometimes silence is worse than anything else, It leads the mind to wonder and think the worst. Enjoyed reading this serenity

If a dream touches us,
it exists to us as anything
else that touches us.

Some people find subtlety in strangers
if you find anything~let me in
Your eyes~you see everything
my eyes~I see it all together now~and I know

They say silence is golden,
I say silence gives the mind time to turn everything upside down, inside out and every which way but the right way,
communication is the key to understanding,
Great poem Serenity

Silence? Oh yes. A very painful thing to contend with...but I do have to shamefully admit, that THIS TIME? I tried to write myself through HIS eyes. So...I thank you much, and I'm working on it, good poet people...I may still end up with nothing to say? But at least? I will say that much.

Smiles, love, and gratitude.
