How Do I Love You

How do I love you
There are countless ways
With open heart and arms
Each and every day

I love to watch you sleep
All snug in our bed
Your hair gently lying
Around your graceful head

Early in the dawn
When you first awake
Sharing love with me
My soul you take

Feeling your loving warmth
Pressed on my skin
Ruptures me to heaven
Time and time again

When I see the fire
Burn within your eyes
Holding you close
Under moon lit skies

My hands touching
Your waist and hips
Savoring the sweet taste
Of full red lips

Radiance in your face
As you hold new pup
Brings enduring love
Lightens my world up

I fall in love all over
When I look in your eyes
I see only truth in love
No hidden lies

My love sweet love
No mere words can say
The countless way I love you
For eternity and a day
