Come To Me My Love |

Come To Me My Love Come to me, my love. Ride across the darkest miles, and deepest passions to this untouched destiny. Come before me. Reflect in my eyes your beauty. Quell my yearning in your powerful arms that can slay all the dragons that have kept me from you. Take my hand lead me out of the rain Caress my broken heart holding each beat with your own. Lay me down beneath you. Touch my fire Taste my nectar Fill my empty garden with your blossom of tenderness. Speak to me with gentle promises Let my soul drown in the echoes of your love. Hold on to this dream with me Long enough to let me feel it escape from my secret longing As we watch it fall completely. Hold me, until we believe long enough to see the fantasy disappear in it's surreal cocoon and become reality... ...in it's purest form. |

I teared up reading this... because I am ending a relationship right now because all those things in your poem never became that important "reality" which you speak of. So heartfelt, so true to our emotions. I loved this, even though it made me cry. A keeper for sure. |

Shira, So sorry to hear of your relationship ending. Sometimes the end, doesn't always mean the end. And if perhaps in the case it is, your heart will shine for another love, that will come to you.Love has a way of gently guiding you in its infinite wisdom.
