Let me meet you where you are, and walk with you a while,
let me give you what I have, and try to make you smile.
I may not know the answers, to things that bother you,
but let me try to understand, and give you thoughts anew.

Let us share this moment, and reap the wisdom there,
let us make a memory, of attitudes we share.
We'll talk about our yesterdays, and plan our new tomorrows,
we'll analyze our inner fears, and sympathize our sorrows.

So when our roads begin to part, when fate directs our turn,
we'll know we got the most there was; we'll feel the lessons learned.
We'll recognize in parting, the value of the day,
regretting only briefly, the things we didn't say!

We're called to stand out, not blend in!

Echo, welcome home little one!  Where have you been!  It is so good to see you posting, and in fine style as always!

This is great, loved the last verse.
