Cedar tree begins
Taken from wild home, it thrives
Bonsai dish new home

Crooked bonsai tree
Stunted dwarf confined in pot
Twisted and deformed

Very good poem. I see so much more in it than the words.
Love and light,

Charisma : Thank you for your kind remarks.

Richard: are you the same Richard Maxfield from Starlite Cafe? I am an admirer of your work there. Thanks for reading my haiku and your kind remarks as well! Aloha!< !signature-->

hi the title pulled me in and im glad it did...

i always saw bonsai as wonderful creations of art..never saw them as the way you depict...but i suppose in a sense its almost cruel to manipulate their growth..thanx for the thought...

btw, do post more haiku....

You have done these beauties much justice in your wonderful words.  Your Haikus show much thought in them and you have done them beautifully.  Loved the read.
