If Only We Meet By Richard Maxfield 12-8-2000 What if we were to meet And destiny calls our name We fall so deep in love All past becomes a blur I would give my heart Body and soul for you To bring but a moment Of happiness to you Spending my every breath To become closer until We become as one Mind body and spirit Two mortal bodies Uniting in love Filling each moment With the realty of passion My love, my light My angle of the night My every thought focused Dwelling of only you Together transcending time And all obstacles at hand We move as if a dance Under the stars is us Do you hear my call Do you feel my love I know you are there If only we meet |
