Trapped....................
beneath a layer of bitter cold anger
confused - betrayed
my heart wept
Prayed....................
hoping that God would send to me
the one that would cause
my frozen heart to beat
Again.....................

Evening SEA,

What strong meaningful words in such short verse. I commend you for having your feelings come across as you have written. Yes, I find it very strong and very well said.

Sweetie - I know your prayers were answered !
This would be a sad write ... if it weren't
for the knowledge that your thermostat has
been re-set !
Love ya'

SEA-
such sad and heartfelt emotions here...
glad to know this is just a 'looking back'

Circe, this is wonderful, it really is, you know I love this I really do. It reminds me of that saying you can't know where you're going until you know where you've been. I know you do know where you're going love, straight to the top. Marvellous work love, it is one of your best and I'm keeping this one, for certain.
Take care

Winking, floating, in wisps of wind
Star filled night lighting the dark
Where love offers warmth ...

SEa,
this is a heartfelt prayer, one I've prayed, believe it or not, they do receive answers....
and the poems are really prayers themselves.

What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the words I have read in my life.
