Evergreen & Willow Wishes

The scene is perfect...
Evergreen covered in a
blanket of natures glory
surround the frozen
waters, which circle
their special place
beneath the weeping shade

Two lovers with glowing
cheeks and sparkling eyes
hold hands as they
skate on a looking glass made
of their arctic tears, where they
had shed their pasts to become one.

Ice crystals hanging from
the willow add their prism
of color to the evening.
And the winds of West
fill the night with its music.

Luna smiles then blushes as
she hides her eyes away from
the passion below.

A small fire off to the side,
where he'll guide her to warm
her hands between his own, and
entwined fingers will trace the
new gold that consummates the bond.

Yes, it's a beautiful scene,
for a Christmas card.
One that I hold my pen above,
and sign it with my tears.

This is beautiful in it's simplicity, I love nature, and this is seasonal and lovely!

What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the words I have read in my life.

Snow~
This piece is jam-packed with imagery !
I could almost hear the wind chime of the
ice crystals on the willow -
blown gently by the winds of passion.

Very nicely done.
