With pedal down and music blaring
These speeds I know, quite daring
Down the black top road I fly
Deep in thought with me myself and I

Windows down, the sun is shining
Off I go, my car and mind are racing
Push my foot closer to the floor
I love the thrill, and push some more

The wind whiping in my face
Takes me to a calmer place
And the engines ruble roaring
Sends my thoughts out soaring

Out here I can leave the past behind
With hope the future will be more kind
Out here I can ponder and plan
What to do, now that Im a single man

You can always point that car in this direction....this is way cool...love the idea of just leaving it all behind and going road trippin'

Ignore those who would clip your wings...fly ever upward...even if it means scorched wings

Cute....very cute...Loved it..Nothing quite like gettin' in the car and leaving all the "stuff' behind....Even if only for a short time...

The way to love anything is to realize it might be lost. author unknown

Yeah, I, too, find it necessary to run away and leave it all behind for a while, sometimes.  Great images, Keith!

'cause I am hanging on every word you say, and, even if you don't want to speak tonight, that's alright, alright with me...

Ok, Mario, I grew up a half mile from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway so I can relate to this......don't forget to fill up.

What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the words I have read in my life.
