You Shall Dance Again

You shall dance again
in the arms of your love
You will find the comfort
of those eyes anew
With the heavens
opening up the sky above
As you glide across
the billows with love so true

You won't wear any shoes
as you dance on this night
Your feet gliding
with wisps of clouds between your toes
The stars of the heavens
setting the mood with soft light
The harps of angels singing love songs
as the music flows

There is this dance
There is this cloud
There is this day
When you will once again...
Waltz across the heart
That you hold so dear

Mark my friend this is so warm so beautiful and so amazing, this is truly a magical and marvellous poem. This is utterly utterly entrancing and loving. And so like you to offer love and comfort to those in need. I love this as will Elizabeth Santos I know.

Beautiful and perfect MC ...
one written from that gentle sincere heart of yours that shines in every line ...
a very sweet, loving gesture and tribute to our precious Liz ...
but I then I've come to expect nothing less from your heart or pen
love ya
me

I looked into the sky for my anthem
The words and music came through
But words and music can never touch the beauty that I've seen
Looking into you

Mark,
Your words are the sweet strains to
which my heart is already dancing.
You lift me up and I float on billows
of love in the poetry which has been honored me. I cannot express my gratitude

JM-Now don't go expecting too much from this cowboy, but you know as I do that she is held with the deepest affection in friendship among all of us here.  Thank you my sweet.

Liz-You have given us so much beauty in your wonderful verses and your sweet replies that I feel as if I have known you all my life and I am all the better for it.  You dance on my sweet friend and make every step you take one that brings you the happiness and love that you have shown us all here.  Hugs to you my friend.  You know you will forever have my prayers and wishes for you.

Balladeer-Emotion whe it is kind is always accepted is it not.  Thank you kind sir for your always generous words.

Karilea-Thank you and I though my words don't do the thought true justice I can only hope that she finds the depth of the meaning in them.

Lady Lightning-Why thank you my friend.  Running out of tissues huh?  Maybe you need to find a shirt sleeve to use then.

Gemini-Many of yours have left me in awe as well and I thank you dearly for the comments.

Charisma-I don't know about the wonderful part but I do thank you just the same.  Hugs back to you.

Bill-She is indeed deserving of much more than I am able to express but I do try.  Now I do believe that your heart is about 3 sizes larger than mine.  Thank you so much kind sir.

dragonpoe-Thank you sir. Your words are much appreciated.

ethome-She does deserve all the thoughts that she gets and so much more and I do believe that God himself is given to us with each of Liz's posts.  Thank you kind sir and they do say that timing is everything.

SEA-Thank you my sweet friend.  I only tried to give back a little of what she has given to us all so freely for so long.

snowpants-Thank you my friend.  Yes, within these walls many very strong friendships are born and reside here and I wouldn't trade it for anything.  Liz is definitely in that circle with so many of us here as you know.

Marge-A hug from your heart is like finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.  Thank you my sweet friend and hugs back at you.

Vicky-Thank you my dear friend.  She is so deserving don't you agree?  Yes, of course you do.  Hugs back at you.

Martie-Thank you my friend and so nice to see you here.  I don't know about all that stuff you say about me but I won't tell if you don't.

Elizabeth-If you could see the dance then I am honored that my words painted a good enough picture to get you there.  Thank you kindly.

Mark, that was simply BEAUTIFUL! You are amazing to me, the heart you have, the warmth you offer, the shelter you provide when others are low. There could be no greater gift than knowing there's a friend out there. You stand ABOVE THEM ALL when it comes to the truest heart. Your writings always bring a smile.   Love the poem!
