per kaile's request, I am posting more poetry.

Midnight

-I-
Time passes slowly, revealing secrets
Buried in the mists of morning and
In the deep cloak of night.

Purple magic glitters beyond the sleeping mind
And the raven’s call will echoe but not
For mourning, but for consolation to
The spirits that roam within the shadows.

-II-
The Midnight Wizard sits upon a throne
Made of innocence and glass as
It sparkles beneath the stars, I sit
At his feet, wishing.

He takes my hand and holds it warm
His flesh the memory of a hundred years
His mind is the road of now and forever
When everything meshes into one.

-III-
Times passes slowly, allowing me to learn
Giving me the chance to be
In this existence of space and knowledge
The Midnight Wizard gives me birth.

He gives me life, as no life can be known
Unless the mind is free and willing
And the stars shine brilliantly
Upon his magic throne.

yes, yes, the Midnight Wizard can be the mentor and "i" can be the lost, apprehensive fellow who have so many questions about life but have no one else to turn to..so at midnight, he wakes up from bed and asks for guidance from the midnight wizard...

thats what came to my mind as i read...if you do decide to take this up, drop me a line okay?

regards
