This is the start of a my Passions gallery, I know Sven is doing a superb job, and so is Kethry. But I really want to do this, because I love you all.

The Songs Of Passions

Friends

(Part 1)

Marge writes poems that lifts us up,giving us wings to fly
Her poems are always beautiful, weaving dreams into a sigh
She enlivens when she writes a poem full of love and fun
There's no darkness when she's around she awakens the sun
Ever creative and special her work is wonderful and so true
Write on Marge our friend we can never have too much of you

Sunshine brings the light that brightens and warms our days
Her poems are a delight and full of wisdom whatever she says
Her words show us the way forward and she leads us there
She is Passions warmth, it's heart, in her love we all share
Ever wise and ever loving we celebrate your gifts of pure poetry
Shine on Kari our friend your love illuminates life's mystery

Mark our resident Cowboy brings us gifts beyound our measure
His poems transport us to lands where poetry is the treasure
His words bring forth sighs and mingles them with soft dreams
He is the one who brings us willingly to loves' flowing streams
Words become a magic carpet and we're off to the Isle of Sigh
Soar high Mark our friend take us on your journey across the sky

Kethry writes oh so wonderfully of all kinds of delightful things
She invites us please to join her in the poetry songs she sings
Her touch is deceptively simple but it's not as easy as it looks
Her words ensnare and catch us like fish on her poetry hooks
Truth and love she inscribes, it pours from her like a waterfall
Lead us Kethry our friend into the sanctuary of poetrys' hall

SEA writes of the oceans and of the love amongst it's surging waves
She shows us her deep love of life and how love heals as it saves
Her words talk of the sea and it's ever changing ebb and flow
Circes' talent is abundant and reading it our hearts really glow
Love shines through her work it bathes her poems with light
Flow ever on Circe our friend your poems are truly our delight

Ethome is a singer of poetry he sings poems of rhythm and blues
He paints the music, somehow he shows us all it's different hues
He has the ability to reveal our complexities lifting the lid on life
Putting our lives into song, singing about love and our daily strife
Clearly singing his song, his voice rising clear and so very strong
Sing on Prinny True our friend raise your voice in lifes' love song

Paula writes poetry that fills us with romance and love so true
She writes of knights, their sacred quests and of their loves too
Her words paint us clear pictures of what has now long gone before
We read and see those romantic days now sadly they are no more
Her soul reaches across and touches us as we follow her knights
Touch us Paula our friend enthrall us with tales long into the night

Janet Marie etches her name deep within ourselves making us soar
Her words trigger a wonderful peace that truly makes hearts thaw
Her gift to us is love it opens our souls and washes us in divine grace
The poetry she bathes us in is pure angelic love reflected in her face
Her touch is light like an angels smile it radiates from her true heart
Smile Janet Marie our friend we ask that you stay here please don't part

I looked into the sky for my anthem
The words and music came through
But words and music can never touch the beauty that I've seen
Looking into you

Oh my goodness little one...you've started quite a project, I figure you've got about 4,500+ people to go write about now...

and you are so correct...Marge awakens the light in all of us...and I truly believe that in the light, all poets will find warmth, at least, in the blue walls of Passions...

now, get that pen out for Part II...I am holding my breath...

Well, this was a treasure to find and not because I was included(thank you btw).  Your tributes will be welcomed by all I am sure just as your heart in every reply you make. You yourself bring many rays of light to us all so don't forget to include yourself.LOL  Thanks again for including me and you seem to have penned and pinned the essence of some of the finest poets and hearts within these walls with your words.

Startime, thank you and I truly do, I am notoriously bad at repling to my own posts. So I do apologise, if my reply is short, it's not that I don't appreciate you replyingI truly do.

Prinny True, of course you know I only did it to get my hands on those superlatives don't you.   (My counterfeit ones are okay but the gilt rubs off very quickly   ) Seriously love, thank you, and of course I had to include you

Janet Marie, it is you who honour me, and us all, your poetry is a gift, which I know is loved by all. So thank you most kindly, and I'm pleased you think it is worthy of those here.

Kari, isn't it though, it shall be my ongoing project   Still I did say life shouldn't be too easy   didn't I? Thank you very muchly love. What did you think I'd exclude you because you had your very own, certainly not missus! Glad you liked it love, and it's fun too. (Besides it certainly beats Sunday afternoon telly here, and   ........) Now I'm out of excuses.
Take care
              Majestic Marsha

Mark my friend, how could I not include you, I simply had to. I thank you so much, I really and truly do. And thanks so much for the compliment, if I managed to do a reasonable sketch then I am content. As for me I could describe me in about six words, and I'd find it difficult to rhyme chaos with anything.   Anyway thank you very muchly.

Sven, thank you, so if Kethry's doing Passions Wing, what should I call these an alcove maybe.

Take care

Charisma, thank you, and they all deserve it, my idea is to do as many as I can. I might not manage them all but I'll do my best. And yours will be in 'part 2' thank you very muchly.

Hi Martie, thank you very kindly, you know I appreciate it. And you are far too kind to me, but I try and that's all any of us can say. It's better to have tried than to live saying I wish I had. Thank you once again

Mushy,
that you should write like this
and include me in your list
I'm humbled,flattered and the rest
by this poem I'm truly blessed
I'm writing you, as we speak
I hope it leaves you feeling weak
Marsha my dear did you know
just how much we love you so.

Circe, I so pleased you like it, I didn't know if you'd seen it. Thank you love as I've said I simply couldn't not write it, because I love you all as family. (In fact considering how I tease my sisters, probably more so.)

LgnJhnAg, I'm sure you are on my list for Part 3 love, and I'm glad you like the form, I think it's one I find easier than anything else. Although I'm sure by the time I've completed this 'Alcove' of mine I will have to start all over again. Still each and everyone is worth the effort.

Marsha~

In an alcove of the gallery
I heard a sweet, sweet sound ~
I decided I would follow the song
and just look at what I found.

A pleasant room of musical penning
full of muses of poetic insight ...
to find myself among them
gave me much delight !

You've placed this special piece
for all of us to see ...
Oh, my sweet Marsha ...
I truly do thank thee.

Marge, No I thank you, for so many things not least for your wonderful poetic heart. I'm really pleased that you like it. I started it because well you all mean so much to me here. And I thought I'd let you all know. I know I say it often, but my mam, god bless her heart, said you can never tell those you love, too often that they are loved, admired, and are precious. So I always do, not what is expected of the English I know. But then in my family we are all an exception to the rule.
