A Wistful Hush

A wistful hush is heard, come dark.
The midnight air in swirls of blue,
As silent thoughts came forth to stir
The full of moon, spreads over you.

In arms of light, she reaches out
To seek to comfort, warm your cold.
The smiles then shared, fill both with joy
Each kiss in time, a forever hold.

A touch of yours, a gentle brush
Of fingertips to soft of cheek
A breath inhaled, blue eyes that sweep
Across the silent, feelings speak

A world of passion,  treasured gold
A wistful hush, to yet unfold.

~Wynter

I wish I had the words to tell you how much you moved me...

This touched my heart, so intensely, I was so BLUE...I would not even read the forums...and a friend said, "hey. you need to read this."

I thank you, so much, m'friend, hand-over-heart, and I only pray that everyone knows the difference, one act of kindness, one moment of grace, can mean...

Thank you much...again. You pretty much rocked me world with this...was most unexpected...hugs.

serenity- I loved your response to my poem...and  the phrase in my title  was so meaningful to me, so it is you I must thank for inspiring me to release  my feelings this way...some days I need to  just "feel" and today was one of them...you deserve the huggzz ...

There seems to be a lovely, tender rippling effect of giving lately...and I don't think it's just because the season has arrived...this is lovely...
