Now I Lay Me
~*Marge Tindal*~

I have layed myself gently down to sleep
begging His measure of night without weep
Knowing that even after slumbering deep
you are still - mine to keep
In the quiet memories that I've found
within the dreams of soft surround
That upon the morning waking
are still there for my taking
Wrapping you gently around my day
making the most of my memory play
Until the night comes calling you away

And then I will dream you again

Hmmppphhhh - Talk about bait and switch!  I was kinda hoping for something a little spicier... something about you and *puke* Toerag.  Seriously, though, this is a sweet poem.

Marge~

The memories are soft and wonderful getting you through the days, but it is the dreams of the night that will become the realities of tomorrow.  I love this one.  Are you peeking in my window again??

Love ya'

Snuggling up to this one REAL close my friend.  Now how comfortable would that be?  You know that I loved this one my and of course the heart it poured from.
