Connected to life pain
She hides so much inside
Her abstinence in restrain
Reveals a heart world-wide

She bleeds pure poetry
With every single write
Nothing else can set her free
Or see her through the night

She'll give and give and give
Till hollow to the core
She will defend the right to live
And leave us wanting more

Her yearning captured heart
That shows the softer side
Causes poetry to start
And flow through passion's pride

She lifts the weak and weary
Encourages… and then
Returns to self so dreary
Doesn't see her beauty penned

Janet heart of compassion
Exposed for all to see
Teaches of redemption
With full humility

Her soaring, floating lyrics
Take me back and then
I reside with "Styrics"
And come back home again

Her 'gator muse is flowing
For all the earth to see
Even when her heart is cowing
She set's her passion free

Her weaving of great wonder
Draws all to her side
Her voice of pain and thunder
Is really passion's pride

==================

Keth, this does touch me, very much ... and as I told you in my note...I am so very complimented and humbled, and I thank you so very much.
As I also told you I was taken back by how you know me well thru my poetry ...
A gift of poetry and the gifts shared when we find our inspiration in anothers work, it one of the most treasured gifts of both poetry and this special place.
You are to be applauded along with Sven for your efforts to bring us all closer with these poet portraits
Thank you again, very much for this lovely gesture and honor.

Kethry, this is perfect, you have painted her perfectly, and you have done a wonderful job. Oh this is soooooo great.
Kethry love, if you want some superlatives I've got a bucket full, let me see. Ah ha! here we go, Excellant, Exquisite, Elegant, Delightful, Delicious, Delectable, De lovely, Fabulous, Fantastic, (and the French Fantasique) utterly Divine. Now I can let you have all these at a very cheap rate, being that 1) it's late, 2) I'm going home soon, and 3) I don't want anyone to find any superlatives on me.   I'm not asking four smiles, I'm not asking three smiles, go on then to you 1 smile. But make sure it's in good nick.
Yes I am feeling frivolous it's Friday tommorow, well actually today, and I've got a whole day off.
Take care

She sure does deserve to be honored for she is very, very special to all of us.

This is so lovely, I KNOW she'll appreciate it!

What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the words I have read in my life.

Now I could have sworn that I replied to this but maybe I was just in one of those cyber dreams...what with the wonderful way you portrayed our sweet JM and all that she means to us and then mixed in with finally getting to see your picture and all.  Well it is no wonder that I was left in a daze.   She is truely all that you say and even more and believe me I KNOW.  She is and will always be one that will hold a piece of me forever and I treasure her dearly and you for penning such a wonderful tribute to her.
