A pox on you Sir Sven! Look at what you did! The gallery portraits, you did pen Have opened muse's lid And now I have to write All day and half the night. My pressure cooker muse Is flowing forth and then Now my body must abuse Before it rests again A pox on you Sir Sven Inspiring me to write again Sir Sven look, what you did I hope you're satisfied Of inspiration I'll be rid When I have writ and tried A pox on you I say You've got me writing night and day You are a poxy friend Of this I'm very sure I'll see it to the very end Unless you have the cure I'm gifting you contagious pox That in return YOUR write unlocks. Could a greater miracle take place than for us to look through each other's eyes for an instant - Thoreau |
