O, the fragrance of a fantasy
     'Tis a dream come true
     for thou art my dream
     with eyes of springtime blue

The first time our eyes touched
hence, a moment I shall not forget
whilst thou held me in your arms
Thy shoulder my tears doth wet

Thy voice, a meadowlark in flight
thy lips, passion fruit to kiss
thou art a painting in mine eyes
for thou art my fondest wish

Thence we kissed for the first time
my heart beat like a drum
     Intoxicated with the moment
t'was A feeling of Jamaican rum

O, the fragrance of a fantasy
     'Tis a dream come true
     for thou art my dream
     with eyes of springtime blue
